Andrea Cionci: Definitive Proof of the 2013 Vatican Color Revolution
Bombshell: German Translation of the Declaratio/Renuntio Altered
The Italian journalist, Andrea Cionci, has once again asked me to drop two bombshells regarding internal and external state affairs, current geopolitical events, and the existential future of the Catholic Church, the Vatican, and the Apostolic Holy See. Could this be the lynchpin for the entire thesis? His words speak for themselves;

Ratzinger’s “Declaratio” was altered and manipulated. Lawyers write an official, notarized, and protocolled letter of notification and indictment to the Vatican’s Apostolic Holy See’s Secretary of State, Pietro Parolin.
The latest finding of our inquiry is that Pope Benedict XVI (Ratzinger) never provided any translations of his Declaratio, but only his own original Latin version of it. This fact is confirmed by both the last late Pope’s personal secretary, Archbishop Georg Gänswein, and the same Pontiff's only authorized biographer (in German), Peter Seewald. Both have testified that the Secretariat of State, then headed by Tarcisio Cardinal Bertone, was the only institution in charge of the translations of the Declaratio.
The following letter is signed by two magistrates and ten lawyers. It notifies the current Secretary of State of the Vatican’s Holy Apostolic See, Pietro Parolin, as well as the commanding officers of the Swiss Guard and Gendarmerie of the malicious intent enacted by unknown individuals in drafting the German translation of the Declaratio. This reveals the clumsy intention that is found behind the translations into other languages as well, namely attempting to pass the Declaratio off as a licit and valid abdication by a renuntio (renunciation) of the Petrine munus/office (the so called Amt in German), which in fact never took place.
Here is the aforementioned letter:
To the kind attention of His Eminence and Most Reverend Pietro Cardinal Parolin, Secretary of State, and for information, to the Commander of the Swiss Guard, Col. Cristoph Graf, and to the Commander of the Gendarmerie Corps of Vatican City State, Dr. Gianluca Gauzzi Broccoletti:
Most Reverend Eminence,
Together with Magistrate Dr. Angelo Giorgianni, Secretary General of the World Organization for Life (OMV), former Undersecretary of the Interior (with responsibility for religious affairs), and the nine lawyers who are co-signing this letter, we must submit to you a case of the utmost seriousness, being aware that you will know the most appropriate measures to take.
During an interview which was aired on TV 2000 on 04 January 2023, Bishop Georg Gänswein, when speaking about Pope Benedict XVI's Declaratio, stated verbatim at minute 13.30 the following:
HERE:
"I said, "Holy Father, why in Latin?" - "This is the language of the Church, and I would like to do this and that. And eventually, they translate ... and understand.'"
This is what is written in the book Nothing but the truth (Piemme 2023) published by Archbishop Georg Gänswein, page 200:
"Benedict had begun in late January to draft the text he would then read in the Consistory. His decision to write in Latin was quite obvious, since Latin has always been the language of all the official documents of the Catholic Church. The formula of the renunciation was ended by the Pope on 07 February [2013]. I personally took the paper to Cardinal Bertone's apartment, where we read it together with Monsignor Giampiero Gloder, the Coordinator of the Secretariat of State for the final editing of papal texts. Minor spelling corrections and a few legal clarifications were suggested, so that the final text was ready by Sunday, 10 February, when translations into Italian, French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish were also provided." (Later the Arabic translation was added, editor's note).
In the book "Ein Leben" by Peter Seewald, (Garzanti 2020), the authorized biography of His Holiness Benedict XVI, we read on p. 1159:
"Under the seal of papal secrecy, an employee of the Secretariat of State was also informed of the fact. This person was supposed to verify the correctness of the resignation declaration in terms of content, form, and language (in fact, he later slightly modified its style in some passages)."
It emerges unequivocally from these testimonies how Pope Benedict XVI delivered his Declaratio written solely in Latin, and we see how Tarcisio Cardinal Bertone, then Secretary of State, arranged, together with Msgr. Giampiero Godler, to have the text translated into other languages making unspecified changes of "style," "corrections," and "juridical clarifications."
Well, in the Declaratio in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish, and Arabic the two above mentioned aspects of the papal figure, namely munus and ministerium, have been translated with the same word for "service." Respectively ministry, ministerium, ministére, ministèrio, posługi, and khedma.
(Compare HERE https://www.vatican.va/content/benedictxvi/it/speeches/2013/february/documents/hf_ben-xvi_spe_20130211_declaratio.html ).
This is a questionable choice, since, as shown by the official translations of the apostolic constitution Pastor bonus (1988), at least in Italian, English, Spanish, and German, there is a very precise word to describe munus, referred to respectively as "ufficio," "office," "oficio," and "Amt."
Now, the ambivalence of the word ministero-ministry-ministerium (etc.) for munus and ministerium in the most part of the translations into modern languages could initially be considered the result of a gross oversimplification, since in Pastor bonus it is unequivocally specified how these are two different (though complementary) aspects of the papal figure.
However, in the German translation of the Declaratio it emerges how there was malicious intent in this respect.
In fact, munus and ministerium, while correctly translated into the German terms "Amt" and "Dienst," have nevertheless been switched.
In the following two images, the inversion can be caught at a glance.
The correct German translation should have been: “…my strengths, due to advanced age, are no longer suitable to adequately exercise the Petrine office (Amt) [...] therefore, I declare that I renounce the ministry (Dienst) of Bishop of Rome..."
This is what was written instead: “…meine Kräfte infolge des vorgerückten Alters nicht mehr geeignet sind, um in angemessener Weise den PetrusDIENST auszuüben […] ich daher mit voller Freiheit, auf das AMT des Bischofs von Rom…”.
The German version clearly reveals how the Declaratio - provided by Pope Benedict only in Latin - was deliberately and artfully manipulated to make it, at least in German, a renunciation of the so called Petrine munus (Amt), according to can.332.2. The purpose was, evidently, to make it resemble a regular abdication in accordance with can. 332.2: "Si contingat, ut romanus Pontifex MUNERE suo renuntieti..." - "In the event that the Roman pontiff renounces his OFFICE ..." - "Falls der Papst auf sein AMT verzichten sollte...".
This glaring alteration in the German version also reveals why there is an undifferentiated use of the word ministry, ministero, ministère etc. in the other translations into modern languages.
While in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Polish it was possible to disguise Benedict XVI's failure to renounce the munus with a more or less ambivalent word, this was not possible in German, a very precise language. Therefore, a special forgery was purposely needed.
As already pointed out in our inquiry "The Ratzinger Code" sent to you on 03 July [2023] and of which you became aware on 20 November 2023, Pope Benedict's declaration of renunciation of the ministerium is entirely consistent with the announcement of the forthcoming impeded see. The events have been clearly illustrated in this short documentary you have already acquired.
HERE
Indeed, only in the case of an impeded See can the Pope be deprived of the ministerium while retaining the munus (the act of "being Pope"). It is no accident that Benedict XVI, exactly like his impeded predecessor Pius VII, retained his pontifical name, robes, and the power to impart his apostolic blessing.
Pope Benedict's renunciation of the government of the Church, of the so called ministerium, although forcibly imposed on him with an illegitimate conclave that was convened in case of still living and non-abdicatory Pope, was a renunciation he sacrosanctly and freely accepted, just like Christ who laid down his robes, freely offering himself to His passion. Let us quote in this regard the conclusion of the article by canonist Prof. Don Stefano Violi published in 2013 in the Lugano Theological Review, which already noted the non-renunciation of the Petrine munus: "With the gesture of renunciation, Benedict XVI has indeed embodied the highest form of power in the Church, following the example of the One who, having all power in his hands, laid down his robes, not divesting his office, but instead bringing it to full completion at the service of men, that is, our salvation."

Therefore, Your Most Reverend Eminence, we respectfully request that you immediately initiate canonical procedures for an internal investigation to uncover those responsible for this manipulation, the source of an atrocious affront perpetrated against the Holy Father Benedict XVI that is now compromising the survival of the Church, the faith, and the legitimate Petrine succession.
Beyond any falsification in the translations, what remains clear is that the vacancy of the See due to the Pontiff's renunciation, in the original Latin, did not occur in accordance with canon 332.2 because of the failure to renounce the Petrine munus. Hence, according to the combined provisions of Articles 76 and 77 of Universi Dominici Gregis, the 2013 election "is null and void, without any intervening declaration in this regard, and the person elected," in this case Jorge Mario Bergoglio, "does not hold any rights."
It is definitely significant how Bergoglio himself, informed with certainty by you on 20 November 2023 about the investigation carried out in "The Ratzinger Code", has done nothing that we know of to restore legality in the State.
Therefore, we earnestly request you, in addition to immediately activating the Vatican magistracy, to point out to the Cardinals who were appointed before 2013 that, in accordance with Article 3 of the U.D.G., they have the duty to protect the rights of the Apostolic See, as also requested by the petition sent to you on 08 November 2023 and 26 January 2024, and signed by as many as 14,500 people.
Placing utmost trust in your intervention, we express to you our most devoted respect,
Dr. Andrea Cionci
