When I finished writing the first part of this article series on February 5, 2023, I hit the publish button and turned in for the night. In the last article, I linked the blogspot in which Paolo Ferraro’s testimony was preserved along with many other invaluable pieces of information. This would turn out to be a tremendous mistake.
I woke up on February 6, 2023, to find an odd comment. The links to Paolo Ferraro’s blogspot were broken. I returned to the webpage to find something astonishing.
https://paoloferraro.wordpress.com/ Has been an active website for nearly 15 years. And by some matter of “coincidence,” within hours after posting my summary of his testimony with a link to the source, the blospot has been suspended for violating TOS. (What delicious irony, Paolo was first silenced with an illegitimate TSO, and now from the grave he is silenced by a TOS).
This I believe was a grave mistake on their part, as it conclusively proves that after all these years, the testimony of Paolo Ferraro is seen as so threatening that within hours of the first-ever english publication of the events, the blogspot has been removed. I will not be thrown off this trail. And anyone who doubts me can simply check the internet archive and see that a few days ago the page was still active.
Thankfully, due to the supreme incompetency of the powers that be, I have found one other website of Paolo’s that has not been scrubbed and I downloaded all the documents. I will be posting them on a file hosting website in the future.
Let us return to Paolo Ferraro’s story and the Cecchignola barracks.
As Paolo explained, there had been several anomalous events in the surrounding area of occult origin. Police reports of cattle mutilations and other strange occurrences in the area. Reports of sexual abuse in the military barracks were frequent.
But here is one of the strangest connections made by Paolo, the connection to a murdered woman who was also the wife of a military officer.
On April 18, 2011, in the area of Ascoli Piceno, a young woman was found murdered. Her husband, Salvatore Parolisi, was a military officer stationed in the barracks of Ascoli Piceno. The barracks of Ascoli Piceno had similar reports of anomalous activity of a sexual nature, similar to the ones in Cecchignola.
The body of the woman was found in an inexplicable condition.

The body had been stabbed over 29 times. A syringe was found in her chest. And most bizarre of all, a swastika was engraved into her skin. This was the narrative that was run, a supposed swastika. However, first hand observers instead said “formano una X vagamente runica.” It formed a vaguely runic X or cross. This of course brought my mind immediately to the symbols left on Paolos car, which we discussed in the last article.

(On the external dust of the vehicle, perhaps finger-drawn signs identical to the one in the aforementioned text message (crosses with arms raised vertically and not horizontally and various types of signs, circles with transversal lines).
