The Magistrate and the Behemoth

The true story of an Italian Magistrate's battle against a sinister cult in the heart of Rome's military citadel

For there is nothing hidden, except to be disclosed; nor is anything secret, except to come to light.

Today I will tell you a story. A story that you have never heard before. The worst kind of story: A true one.

A tale that reads as if it was ripped from the pages of a Pynchon novel.

I had promised myself that I would ease off such subject matter, sticking with more sober topics for my writing. But there is nothing speculative about this account, no flights of fancy nor imaginative leaps. For it was recorded in meticulous detail by an Italian magistrate with an unimpeachable reputation. I came across this extraordinary story a few days ago, a mutual of mine on twitter “JValerioMG,” had noticed my inquiries into Gladio and suggested I search for a name, Paolo Ferraro. After some searching, I came across the testimony of the aforementioned Italian Magistrate, and I felt a need, a compulsion, to grab this story from the muck of obscurity and hold it to the light. To my knowledge, no one has ever commented upon this English. It is completely unknown to the anglosphere at large, and to most Italians as well.

It is the true account of an Italian magistrate who stumbled upon an occult sect comprised of members of the Italian military, who engaged in ritual sexual abuse and hypnosis. The man who tried to bring this conspiracy to light was systematically abused by members of a corrupt judiciary and rogue medical personnel.

I hope to keep the efforts and memory of that Hero of the Italian Republic, Paolo Ferraro, alive and well with this article, so his earthly suffering will not have been in vain. I believe this one story will serve as a perfect microcosm for the post-war machinations that have plagued the Italian peninsula for the last hundred years.

This article is dedicated to him.

And it is dedicated to all the other Italian patriots who have gone unrecognized in their fight against the hideous behemoth that lurks within the organs of the Republic.

I will recount this to you with sober language and sans sensationalism.

The following summary is based on the formal testimony filed by Magistrate Paolo Ferraro to the Procura Tribunale di Perugia (Public Prosecutors Office of Perugia) on March 7, 2011. Attached to the original complaint were hundreds of audio recordings and other pieces of evidence, which were all freely available on Paolo’s youtube channel until his death, when everything was taken down. They can still be found on certain websites, and I have confirmed their veracity.

In November 2008, the magistrate Paolo Ferraro was living within the Cittadella militare (military citadel) in the city of Rome. (Precise address: Via dei bersaglieri n. 118 secondo piano int. 6). He had been living with a woman named Sabrina (whose surname has been redacted on the report for obvious reasons) for five months after a year-long relationship. The woman had been introduced to him in October 2006 by a fellow magistrate (Roberto Amorosi, who at the time was working in l’ufficio legislativo del Ministero degli Esteri the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs). The same magistrate proposed the woman to him again in May 2007. The fellow magistrate (Roberto Amorosi) presented Sabrina to Paolo Ferraro as a good woman, an affable and altruistic sort who would be good relationship material. Sabrina had hinted to Paolo that she had a troubled and complicated past, working as a form of escort in her youth (in Rome this position is not relegated to mere transactional prostitution). She had a peculiar nature to her, and she had informed Paolo that she had past acquaintances with characters belonging to an extreme left wing group. And that these characters were capable of carrying out certain activities that required professional skills, placing illicit substances in cars and making text messages and phone calls available etc. In hindsight, Paolo admitted that this should have concerned him more than it did, but at the time he believed this was all in the past and that she now carried out a normal and healthy existence. Sabrina’s ex-husband, whom she was separated from by the time she met Paolo, was an Italian military officer.

Due to several anomalous events, and out of concern for both Sabrina and Sabrina’s child Emanuele, Paolo Ferraro decided to begin leaving on an inconspicuous recorder when he was away from the house. The recordings were to discover things occurring in the house in his absence, as Emanuele had hinted at certain events occurring in Paolo’s absence that she was afraid to spell out plainly.

The first recording was made on November 8, 2008, as Paolo left to pick up his kids from his ex-wife’s house. The audio recordings painted a very strange picture.

As he discovered from the recording, soon after he left the house several individuals entered the room, men, women, and minors, and the resulting dialogue and noises sounded paraphilic in nature. The dialogue was also full of peculiarities. Strange phrases and demands, as Sabrina responded in a passive dissociated way. Over the next month, Paolo continued to make recordings, and he recognized the voices and figures who would quickly leave the area as he returned home, as other tenants of the military citadel complex.

Paolo Ferraro confronted Sabrina with a recording taken on November 20, 2008. Sabrina seemed stunned by what she heard. She did not remember saying many of the things that emerged from her voice on the audio recording, and could not identify the voices of several of the people talking. Paolo admits it is possible she was lying to him, but due to her disposition at the time and his professional judgment (Paolo was a magistrate after all), he deemed her words sincere.

The next day she denied everything. She said she could not identify her voice, or any of the other voices. She told Paolo that she was scared of them (aveva detto che aveva paura di loro). Paolo went to work after telling her she needed to think about the safety of her and her child, and that he would not return home. Paolo then decided to reach out to her ex husband, who seemed worried but insisted he would talk to her himself. Paolo also reached out to a police chief, Massimo Campi, a man he respected and held in high esteem. A naivety that Paolo would realize in hindsight. “Non avendo all’epoca ancora attribuito un qualche utile significato a quello stemmino di un “ordine militare” mostratomi due anni prima con orgoglio.” (I had not at this time yet attributed any special significance to the coat of arms of a certain military order he had proudly shown me two years before).

Paolo reached out to an attorney in the Prosecutors office, Petrucci Luca, and asked him to find a psychiatrist and psychologist for Sabrina. Sabrina had reached out to Paolo explaining she had suffered new threats, hinting she was in some way blackmailable. He would also later find that this lawyer had a curious past as well. “Questo avvocato era anche per un caso della storia un compagno di impegni giovanili , negli anni dela politica studentesca ….36 anni prima.”

Paolo left the house but remained in close contact for the woman’s safety, and instructed Sabrinas mother to not leave her daughter alone. Paolo then instructed Sabrina to change the keys to her house. In Paolo’s own words:

a me risultava dall’ascolto dell’audio potenziato nel volume e ripulito artigianalmente che svariate persone “usufruivano” liberamente della casa sempre entrando con la chiave e che spesso la donna era in stato di relativa o vistosa passività ed assoggettamento seduta in salone dinanzi al portatile o accanto, postazione del pc fisso, ..mentre le persone entrate si comportavano i in modo vistosamente anomalo, spesso all’inizio parlando sottovoce, non salutando,e solo piano piano entrando in comunicazione con la donna infine parlando anche a voce normale in altri casi , il primo lunedì 10/11/2008 però la OMISSIS preoccupata obiettava all’ingresso immediato a distanza  di soli 23 secondi dalla mia uscita , di altra donna com le solite modalità… obiettava impaurita nò .. , quindi cosciente , in questa occasione, ed emetteva un gemito preoccupato e di paura mentre la donna entrata chiudeva a chiave la porta

In other words, it was clear from the audio that several people were freely entering and using her house, always with a key, “e che spesso la donna era in stato di relativa o vistosa passività ed assoggettamento seduta in salone dinanzi al portatile o accanto, postazione del pc fisso, .. mentre le persone entrate si comportavano i in modo vistosamente anomalo, spesso all’inizio parlando sottovoce, non salutando,e solo piano piano entrando in comunicazione con la donna infine parlando anche a voce normale in altri casi” (and that often the woman was in a state of relative or conspicuous passivity or subjugation sitting in the living room in front of the laptop or next to it, a desktop PC station, while the people entering the house behaved in a conspicuous and anomalous way, initially speaking in a low voice, not greeting the woman, and only slowly entering into communication with the woman, before finally speaking in a normal tone and voice). And on the first Monday of 10/11/2008, right after Paolo had left the house, she objected fearfully when one of the mysterious intruders unlocked the door.

Within the first four days of leaving the house, Paolo received at least three phone calls from Sabrina, the contents of which included her hysterically sobbing, asking Paolo what she should do, indicating that her child was in danger. From Paolo’s testimony:

“…or rather indicating that she was afraid that they would take it away from her, which was difficult for me to understand at the time (the sentence seemed to refer to an intervention by institutional subjects)”

As you can see, Paolo Ferraro had every reason to be extremely concerned and alarmed.

Paolo notes that during his first meetings with the prosecutor (Ferraro Giovanni) and deputy prosecutor (Nello Rossi) he was met with immediate doubt and skepticism from the pair, which baffled Paolo at the time.

But things were about to get much worse for our concerned Magistrate. And far more inexplicable.

Someone, somehow, had around this time alerted Paolo’s ex-wife, Silvia Canali, of the situation that Paolo had involved himself in. Canali then reaches out to Paolo’s sister, and the two women confront Paolo claiming he has lost his mind. They tell him he is sick, a mad man who needs help. Paolo tries playing for them the recordings, but they simply shake their heads. (Recordings Paolo had already played for professionals in the field who agreed that the situation seemed abnormal and worrisome).

It is necessary to briefly pause here, and state something important. Paolo spends a great deal of this testimony stating minor facts and events in meticulous detail, always recording his emotions and mental state at any given time. And it is his cool head, his attention for detail, and his stoic demeanor that probably saved him from a terrible fate. His colleagues who were not involved in the case all vouched for his sanity. There were multiple third party experts, including sound technicians and police officers, who he showed the recordings too at this time who agreed with his opinion and actions.

In Paolo’s own words:

La situazione era Kafkiana : da una parte chi aveva ascoltato veramente valutava, ragionava equilibratamente , concordava, introduceva elementi di valutazione, dall’altra chi non aveva ascoltato parlava di una mia patologia “grave” ritengo oggi , col senno di poi.

“The situation was Kafkaesque: on one hand those (experts) who really listened (to the recordings) evaluated them, with balanced reason, agreed, introduced other elements of evaluation, on the other hand, those who had not listened (to the tapes) spoke of a serious pathology of mine.”

To make it simple, the experts and officials who actually listened to the tapes agreed with his assessment, but certain other experts, who refused to listen, accused him of a pathological condition.

Paolo noticed a pattern begin to form. Certain individuals, including his family members (he would later discover his ex-wife was in a relationship with an individual in the prosecutors office) were aggressively questioning his sanity.

A few days after filing these complaints, Paolos police friend and contact who he had first enlisted for help, Massimo, informed Paolo that he had been forbidden to talk to Paolo any longer.

During the first 10 days of December 2008, Paolo received another strange call from Sabrina.

di risposta ad un suo sms: mi rispose con la stessa tonalità di voce di cui al file corrispondente al punto 7 del brogliaccio dicendomi con voce insensatamente flautata e in contrapposizione “la sètta non mi ha mai fatto del male“. Trasalii .. alla parola sètta, improvvisamente quadravano le molte frasi che mi sembravano caratterizzate da anomalie linguistiche , da intonazione anormalmente musicale o con cadenza metrica anormale 

“…in response to one of her text messages: she replied to me with the same tone of voice as in the file corresponding to point 7 of the draft document, telling me in a senselessly fluted and contrasting voice "the sect has never hurt me". I jumped... at the word sect, suddenly the many sentences that seemed to me characterized by linguistic anomalies, abnormally musical intonation or abnormal metric cadence fell into place.”

The choice of the word “setta,” as in occult sect, this was the moment all the pieces began to fall into place according to Paolo. The strange cadence changes, the bizarre melody of her responses and the code-like sentences.

(At this chronological point in the transcript, Paolo makes his first summary of the commonalities to be found in the episodes in the recordings, with translation below)

Everything confirmed the summary classification I had made with a ... stringent and logical note, upon listening to the files ... already drawn up at the beginning of December 2008.

1. Each time using the keys, a minimum of two women with two men, to three women and three men, plus the presence of children, enter the house

2. entry takes place between 19 seconds and at most 3 minutes from my exit

3. everything happens secretly and clandestinely (see file abr 10 and explicit initial dialogue with Katia but normally there is no interaction with the people entering)

4. the behavior of the various subjects is anomalous (whispered phrases, words and repetitive procedures that are completely anomalous). Sabrina usually does not interact with those present and finds herself positioned at the computer waiting, those present often speak in a low and insinuating voice until the voices gradually of people become more incisive

5. activities and comments and emissions of sounds related to sexual activities emerge

6. The use of liquid or snorted substances emerges unequivocally

7. there is the presence and participation of minors

8. The methods of activity are repetitive as if according to a module (preparation of the table, preparation of the bench, oral and non-verbal reports in the living room mainly in front of the computer)

9. the connotation of sexual activities is atypical and does not see emotional participation, but mere professional activity in manners and accents (even the most expressly sado masochistic phases seem acted out and not emotionally involved, and are always carried out in the presence of men who interact, speak, and ask as mere customers)

10. During the events Sabrina also continues to behave like a housewife (she puts the dishes in the dishwasher, vacuums the floor) and then there is a "mop to be mopped up..." in a chilling context from min 3 and 23 sec onwards .. 

11. There are no explicitly threatening tones other than the "drink" and "you understand" on Saturday 8/11/2008, and the assertive phrases aimed at influencing her such as "you're wrong" referring to an attempt to avoid the "he's finished" activity " no, you're wrong "

12. In the last file on Monday, Sabrina complains about the pressure she has received and says verbatim "you really want to force me.. you want to ruin me..".

13. The perfect organization of everything never leaves physical traces in the house except on two occasions the cigar ash which leads back to the tenant upstairs

14. The methods and procedures of Sabrina's commands and apparent conditioning sequences emerge in all the recordings. Particularly the organized attitude and the sequence of final orders, and the external organization with immediate notification of my return.

15. Precisely on Tuesday afternoon we hear absurd commands and also the command  "ah bedèlta come on"  and the drink with Sabrina who also indicates the contents of the drink (only the end of the word is clearly understood... "...ina").

16.  People living in the house corresponding to the upper floor and the house on the floor below, as well as in the building on the right side, are certainly involved in the events.

17. The condominium is military and there is the presence of army officers and "various" military figures.

18. In three distinct sequences, Sabrina tells an increasingly analytical story that can also be found later BUT based on "they found me" (?!?! ) with details on threats and fear that are relatively convincing but unclear. Furthermore, all the above data are compatible with the cut and opening of the story.

(A quick pause and a reminder. This was all recorded by an Italian Magistrate, and the testimony I am drawing from was sent to the Perugia Prosecution office. None of the facts in this case have been denied, only ignored and forgotten in the public imagination. The contents of the audio recordings have been confirmed countless times by audio experts and technicians).

On December 13, 2008, Paolo received another disturbing SMS message from Sabrina.

Io vilipesa, data della putt, stordita, dimagrita, spaventata, ci ved luned¥ @.@l@u@n@e@d@¥

“I am vilified, made a whore, stunned, lost weight, frightened, we see each other monday.”

(Paolo pays particular attention to the symbol ¥ , because it is a symbol he will encounter again.)

After receiving this message he immediately calls the lawyer and psychologist, and rushes to Sabrinas house.

In Paolos words: (Skip to the bottom if you cannot understand Italian)

Girai l’sms all’avvocato succitato ( ALL 8 ) ed alla psicologa , mi recai a casa della donna, dall’esterno tutte le persiane erano abbassate completamente , sentii all’interno dell’appartamento ( la cui porta esterna aveva una soglia rialzata di almeno 4 cm ed era di consistenza ordinaria, tanto da consentire ascolto diretto di ciò che accadeva nel salone fungendo con appoggio auricolare quasi da cassa di risonanza e tanto da far notare che all’interno del salone vi era solo una luce bluastra bassa ) e riconobbi il contesto la presenza di più persone,e voci già ricorrenti , ciò cui erano presumibilmente intente ( la descrizione accurata la riservo alla autorità giudiziaria semmai interesserà ) , mi allontanai, avvisai con cellulare la psicologa, che invece di attivare solo l’avvocato chiamò anche la donna, me ne dolsi con la psicologa, . . vidi anche le persone uscire in fretta dalla casa e tre di esse dal portone esterno. Io dopo la telefonata mia alla psicologa mi ero riposizionato accanto alla porta in ascolto e sentii risposta della donna al telefono , la comunicazione della donna al gruppo di persone presenti ( “è passato qui sotto “ con il tono innaturale che emerge dalle registrazioni ). Il gruppo si apprestò ad uscire di corsa ; mi riposizionai sulla svolta delle scale tra il primo ed il secondo piano, e vidi uscire alcune delle persone due delle quali avevo in precedenza individuato. Ma avevo sentito distintamente prima di allontanarmi dalla porta la voce femminile di una donna autorevole che rassicurava “ stia tranquilla .. signora .. è tutto a posto “. A lungo mi sono interrogato sulla portata della rassicurazione .. apparentemente di amplio respiro.. MI scapiccollai dalle scale ed andai all’esterno avendo rischiato sino all’ultimo di essere visto dal gruppo ( avevo intravisto l’uscita dalla porta di casa di almeno quattro o cinque persone ). Assistei all’esterno ad un piccolo corteo composto dalla donna che aveva pronunciato anche la frase suindicata ( uscita per prima dalla porta della casa ) e due uomini giovani uno da mè visto in precedenza, , che le camminavano silenziosi con contegno rispettoso a distanza di due metri ad ala diretti verso altro edificio del condominio., potevano essere anche i figli, penai , nonostante le vistose differenze somatiche .

To summarize, Paolo arrives to the house to find all the windows down and the door shut. He listens in from the hall, and hears the presence of several individuals in the building with her, it sounds as if something sexual is about to begin. He hears her phone ring as the psychologist had insisted on calling her. He sees several individuals quickly leave the house, identifying and recording the physical appearance of several of them.

Over the next couple months, Paolo continues to try and help Sabrina by attempting to get the relevant authorities to intervene. But time and time again, he is met with open hostility by the assigned therapists and magistrates.

During this period, Sabrina alternated between affection and radical denial towards Paolo. On January 8, 2009, she made a bizarre comment to him. She insisted she was trying to protect him, that she was fighting for him. The message in question read: “un giorno lei saprà dottore dove mi èro recata stamanit x tutelare la sua persona ,piangendo.” (One day you will know where I went this morning, to protect you, crying).

Another subsequent SMS messages said the truth would send him to Santa Maria della Pietà. Santa Maria della Pieta was a famous mental asylum in the city, a colloquial word for the ‘loony bin’ so to speak. The prophetic gravity of this statement he would only understand later.

In March 2009, Paolo came across something truly astonishing.

Paolo’s camper had been damaged, the mirror destroyed and various items taken out. When he went to access the damage, he noticed that odd symbols had been drawn in the external dust around the vehicle.

The most prominent being the same sign from the text message he had received from Sabrina.

“Sulla polvere esterna del mezzo tracciati forse a dito segni identici anche a quello oggetto dell’sms succitato ( croci a braccia rialzate verticalmente e non orizzontali e segni di tipo vario cerchi con linea trasversale).”

(On the external dust of the vehicle, perhaps finger-drawn signs identical to the one in the aforementioned text message (crosses with arms raised vertically and not horizontally and various types of signs, circles with transversal lines).

On May 19, 2009, Paolo Ferraro came home from work (he had long since moved from the military citadel), to find that the deckchair on his apartment’s terrace had been completely incinerated. He called the police to report the incident and possible arson. A colonel arrived with two officers. They surveyed the house and terrace and took reports. And then the colonel, without any background information from Paolo, turned to him and asked, “lei ha mai avuto a che fare con sètte sataniche?” “Have you ever had anything to do with satanic cults?”

The following day, at 1 pm, Paolo called the prosecutors office to check up on the investigation. The prosecutor was aggressive and dismissive, and hissed back “è stato uno zingarello!” “It was a gypsy!”

At 3 pm the same day, Paolo received a call from his ex-wife. She expressed interest in hearing the recordings again. Taken aback by this change in disposition, Paolo agreed to host her in his office that night.

His ex-wife arrived at 6:45 pm. He put one of the recordings on as she feigned interest and attention, but after a few minutes he heard the doorbell ring.

At the door were two nurses, two police officers, a doctor, and a psychiatrist that he had never seen. His ex wife quickly slipped away before shaking the doctors hand with a greeting of familiarity.

Paolo immediately understood the gravity of the situation he was facing. He cooly announced to the policeman, “Please note that I am perfectly healthy, calm, and balanced.” Paolo realized he did not have many options. If he were to protest or try and escape, it would only be used to further prove his lack of sanity. He finally realized the extent of what he was facing. All the small comments, all the questioning of his mental condition, the combative magistrates, the picture had finally manifested in front of him.

He had no choice but to accompany the group to the hospital. All the while speaking with every individual he came into contact with in a sober way, telling them to note his calm disposition. During the transportation, Paolo noted that the nurses and officers seemed confused themselves by the situation. A forced mental hospitalization with a lucid non combative patient! When they reached the mental wing of Sant’Andrea hospital, the nurse turned to him and said, “ non ho mai visto una situazione del genere.” poi “ stia attento. La dott.ssa ha insistito per farle dare il codice rosso.” “I have never seen a situation like this.” “Stay alert, the doctor had given me the code red.”

As Paolo was brought to the hospital, he saw standing at a distance of 10 meters, his brother who he had not talked to in years, his ex-wife, his sister he had only talked to a couple times in the last couple of months, and his son. Of their expressions he notes, “Ricordo solo uno sguardo ad un certo punto che non dimenticherò mai più ed una mossa ed un sorriso che non oso definire.”

Paolo explained to the psychiatrist upon entering the facility that he had serious “dissagreements” with his family members in the past and very little recent contact, that they could not possibly judge his mental state. The doctor seemed to turn this around on him, claiming that he considered his family enemies, a textbook symptom of a mental disorder.

Paolo summarizes the events so far here:

I miei “parenti” si erano allontanati un’ora prima certi del mio ricovero. I miei amici mi accompagnarono alla porta disperati e sconvolti. Io dissi loro di stare tranquilli. La verità sarebbe emersa prima o poi.. A distanza di due giorni dalla denuncia di un fatto e di un giorno dalla mia comunicazione del fatto , venivo di urgenza ricoverato, privato della mia libertà per oltre tre ore coartato ad usare un “ ricovero volontario “ a fronte di una mera proposta di TSO RADICALMENTE INFONDATA ED ILLEGITTIMA, e dopo tre ore e più di privazione della mia libertà non giustificata dalla mia libera decisione né dal mio stato. . :.

Richiamo solo le seguenti circostanze: IL TSO può essere ordinato dal Sindaco solo, in presenza di due certificazioni mediche che attestino che : 1) la persona si trova in un stato di alterazione tale da necessitare urgenti interventi terapeutici 2) gli interventi urgenti e necessari siano stati in precedenza proposti ed espressamente rifiutati 3) non sia possibile adottare tempestive misure extraospedaliere . La proposta deve essere concretamente motivata ex ante, poi. .

“My "relatives" had left an hour earlier, certain of my hospitalization. My friends accompanied me to the door in despair and shock. I told them to stay calm. The truth would emerge sooner or later...  Two days after reporting the event and one day after my communication of the event,  I was urgently hospitalized, deprived of my freedom for over three hours and forced to use a "voluntary hospitalization". “ in the face of a mere RADICALLY UNFOUNDED AND ILLEGITIMATE TSO proposal, and after three hours and more of deprivation of my freedom not justified by my free decision nor by my state. . :.

I only recall the following circumstances:  TSO can be ordered by the Mayor only in the presence of  two medical certifications which certify that:  1) the person is in a  state of alteration that requires urgent therapeutic interventions 2) the urgent and necessary interventions are previously proposed and expressly rejected 3   ) it is not possible to adopt timely extra-hospital measures. The proposal must then be concretely  motivated ex-ante. .”

Paolo quite obviously did not meet any of these criteria.

The doctors and staff who were assigned to Paolo during this period were shocked. (dott.ssa Alessandra Carloni, Amedeo Gnocchi, Antonio Vitello, Goracci Donatella). This man was not mentally unwell, how could a procedure as extreme as a TSO be applied to him?

Paolo Ferraro would spend the next couple of months in hell. Forced medications that turned his mind to mush. Everything he said was used against him, any comment was twisted to justify his paranoid “pathology.” In Paolos words:

Ero un paziente con una patologia: se avessi scritto la Divina Commedia sarebbe stata solo la prova di un delirio, se avessi scritto un manuale di diritto sul TSO sarebbe stato un atteggiamento “ deliroide a sfondo giuridico “ , se avessi argomentato sulle certe false informazioni e sui pessimi e deviati rapporti con i mie “ parenti” sarebbe stata la conferma di in “complotto” , una ossessione fatta di persone viste come nemici.

“I was a patient with a pathology: if I had written the Divine Comedy it would have only been evidence of a delirium, if I had written a law manual on the TSO it would have been the attitude of a "delirious person with a legal background,” if I had argued on certain false information and on my bad relationships with my "relatives" it would have been my confirmation of a "conspiracy", an obsession made up of people seen as enemies.”

For two years Paolo Ferraro would live in this hell. He was forced to consume a cocktail of psychiatric medication and go in and out of hospitals, all because of a patently illegitimate and illegal TSO (forced hospitalization). Paolo Ferraro would eventually clear his name, after suffering every manner of harassment from a multi front conspiracy which involved a corrupt judiciary, medical personnel, and military interference. Every step of the way he was face to face with individuals trying to get him to admit his past insanity, that the incident at the citadel with an episode of paranoid delusions. Paolo played his cards right. Paolo bided his time.

But before continuing, I would like to quote Paolo’s summary of the situation as of March 2011.

UN BREVE RIEPILOGO CONCLUSIONE AL MARZO 2011 .

1. Il dott. Ferraro Paolo , in qualità di cittadino “ particolare “, venuto a vivere nella palazzina di via dei bersaglieri n. 118 aveva nel Novembre 2008 ipotizzato un quadro indiziario suscettibile di vaglio, circa i fatti di cui al primo capitolo, essendo anche testimone diretto di moltissime notizie dati e fatti minori e non. .

2. Essi attenevano prima facie alla concretamente ipotizzabile esistenza di un gruppo organizzato , sètta, le cui pratiche attività, la relativa illiceità e i cui “ coinvolgimenti “ emergevano ( diciamo,quantomeno come indicazione,, , ancora una volta “eufemisticamente”) , da tutto l’insieme degli elementi acquisibili e correttamente ordinati…

La sola corretta analisi del linguaggio, dei comportamenti collettivi e della donna, e della tipologia delle presenze , anche minorili, consente di affermarlo su un piano indiziario con verificabile ragionevolezza. Altra cosa certo è il raggiungimento della prova piena.

3. Il gruppo era ubicato nel cuore della cittadella militare, e militari ed ufficiali di vario impiego ( di cui non posso conoscere con certezza il grado, la qualifica ed il numero totale ) ,vi erano ragionevolmente tra gli appartenenti uomini, oltreché un ingegnere , così almeno indicato nelle registrazioni del lunedì ultimo , e in via di mera ipotesi un medico, il medico di famiglia che era stato riferitomi essere l’amante della inquilina del piano di sotto, a suo tempo definita moglie di uno “scambista “ dalla solita efficace ed irriverente OMISSIS . . .

4. Il gruppo era vistosamente organizzato e ciò emerge anche solo dalla analisi dell’audio relativo alla uscita dello stesso di casa il martedì sera: sequenza di ordine/avviso , ( “ ah ecco torniamo indietro, io vado ..ritorniamo indietro .. capito ?! ) comandi semplificati alla donna in posizione di vistosa passiva soggezione e le risposte àtone, nonché il suo precedente stravolto comportamento vòcale, non lasciano spazio a dubbi .significativi che reggano a contro obiezioni logiche. E il gruppo faceva “attività .“nella cittadella militare , nella abitazione int 6, e nello spazio di mezz’ora in cui un magistrato convivente con la donna era andato a prendere il figlio di lei uscito dalla lezione di tennis !!! .

5. Al magistrato denunciante veniva detto già a pochi giorni dalla denuncia, togliti di mezzo da questa storia e le vicende procedimentali sono ormai consolidate nel fascicolo che “ esitava in una rapida archiviazione “ vedi provv.. disciplinare citato. .

6. Tra gli appartenenti donna, anche la autorevole signora SCORTATA all’esterno della palazzina che già il 13 Dicembre 2008, nella casa ove abitavo fino a 20 giorni prima, affermava con una voce sicura calma , e professionale e con frase di amplia portata , rivolgendosi alla OMISSIS , e dandole del Lei “ Stia tranquilla ..signora è tutto a posto “.

7. Da allora in poi sconvolgente incontro con lo psichiatra che destrutturando artificialmente dati e fatti, letteralmente supportò la donna, , che negava, sentita dai CC, ma dentro era invece “ come descrisse nell’sms del 13/12/2008. e minacciata e pressata, come disse a mè, allora nel Novembre 2008.

8. Lo psichiatra, psicologo ed ipnoterapeuta condusse la psicologa assistente a cambiare o non sostenere altra opinione. E la OMISSIS scriveva già l’8/1/2009 di recarsi a tutelare la mia persona”. Poi lo psichiatra “relazionato “ dalla psicologa e certamente anche da altri , gestì il rapporto con i miei due fratelli ed infine con mio figlio Fabrizio e mia figlia Federica, infine a cosa fatta , con mio padre . L’avvocato di fiducia mi accompagnò a ritirare il camper il giorno di Natale e sparì sino al maggio 2009 quando venne a sapere degli audio estratti e degli sms e mail della donna .

9. Il sottoscritto mai fù sentito, ma tenne aggiornato su tutto il Procuratore con una ingenua e zelante lealtà. Infine pregiato, prima del furto di specchietto anteriore sinistro e graffiti su polvere, sul camper , poi dell’omaggio della sdraio bruciata e del sigaro da lui “inventati” , espresse la necessità di porre a conoscenza dei possibili dati di riferimento la Procura di Perugia.

10. Ha subito, a distanza di un giorno dalla sopra indicata manifestazione di mera intenzione., una coattiva proposta blitz di TSO patentemente illegittima, e illegale, ( rilevando comunque la induzione in clamoroso falso ideologico della certificante psichiatra, qualora non se ne acquisisca la prova della diretta mala fede ovvero ,in ipotesi mediata dalla induzione in errore anche dei “parenti “ coinvolti) Lo psichiatra Cancrini Luigi ha affermato nel Giugno 2009 o fine Maggio 2009, parlando con il mio genitore “ALT signor Ferraro, la responsabilità è mia “ .

11. Tutto lascia ipotizzare che lo strumento era già predisposto sin dal Gennaio 2009, e che tutto si fermò, anche depositata da mè la prima perizia fonica di parte .. ( MAIL citata dell’ 8/1/2009. e SMS del pari indicati ). .

Sulla base di quali valutazioni, preparazione e ruolo attivo o meno di chi agisse anche nell’ombra a copertura di quali interessi o di quale scenario più amplio, emergerà mi auguro in modo esaustivoma anche se non emergesse con prove conclusive, io ho assolto ai miei doveri di cittadino e magistrato ancora una volta. E mi rendo conto di quanto complessa e difficile sia una indagine del genere .

12. Ho subito nel 2009 incontro con lo psichiatra Ferracuti, la cui “relazione” sarà acquisita agli atti del fascicolo e poi diagnosi di psicosi reattiva ( S,A.I: senza altre indicazioni) assolutamente incongruente con i dati acquisiti ed acquisibili, con le verifiche effettuabili, , con la mia vita e caratteristiche comportamentali tra il Gennaio ed il Maggio 2009 in particolare. , con un ruolo incredibile di “alcuni” parenti cioè dei “ fratelli “ che non vedevo da anni con una sola eccezione per la sorella . e di un figlio di primo matrimonio visto tre volte nei precedenti sette mesi, in costanza di rapporti sociali sani e di attività di lavoro, con ottimi rapporti con tutti i colleghi , e con quello che mi seguiva passo passo “umanamente “). .

13. Dopo una “terapia” ed una esperienza che avrebbe annichilito chiunque,e i cui effetti di abbattimento personale vennero notati da tutti i tanti che mi conoscevano e volevano bene , , lavorando però in ufficio il giorno della ,dimissione, come il giorno prima del ricovero, ho già subito l’avvio ( formalmente necessario e certamente legittimo sul piano del CSM, ignaro dei fatti sottostanti ) di una procedura per dispensa a più tranche , e sono stato tenuto sotto “controllo” sino al Dicembre 2010, da una struttura ospedaliera, con le modalità che ho sopra indicato,

14. Sono poi emersi nuovi elementi e contorni di questa vicenda , possibili ruoli , comportamenti, fatti anche illeciti e infine scenari validamente “ ipotizzabili ”  , con fondamenti anche “culturali” , che oltreché fornire riscontri “retroattivi “ , non possono non “incuriosire”,ulteriormente .

A BRIEF SUMMARY CONCLUSION AS OF MARCH 2011.

1.  Dr. Ferraro Paolo, as a "special" citizen, who came to live in the building in Via dei Bersaglieri n. 118 had in November 2008 hypothesized a circumstantial framework susceptible to scrutiny, regarding the facts referred to in the first chapter, being also a direct witness of many minor and non-minor data and facts. .

2.  They related  prima facie  to the concretely conceivable existence of an organized group, sect, whose practical activities, relative illegality and whose "involvements" emerged, from everything the set of elements that can be acquired and  correctly ordered ...

Only the correct analysis of the language, of collective behavior and of women, and of the type of presence, including minors, allows it to be affirmed on a circumstantial level with verifiable reasonableness. Another thing that is certain is the achievement of the full test.

3.  The group was located in the heart of the military citadel, and  soldiers  and  officers of various uses  (of which I cannot know with certainty the rank, qualification and total number), there were  reasonably  men among  the members, as well as an engineer , at least as indicated in the recordings of last Monday, and  by way of mere hypothesis  a doctor, the family doctor who had been reported to me to be the lover of the tenant on the floor below, at the time defined as the wife of a "swinger" by the usual effective and irreverent individual. . .

4. The group was conspicuously organized and this emerges even just from the analysis of the audio relating to the group's exit from the house on Tuesday evening:  order/warning sequence  ("  ah, here we go back, I'm going... let's go back... understood  ?! ) simplified commands to the woman in a position of conspicuous passive subjection and the toneless responses, as well as her previous distorted vocal behavior,  leave no room for significant doubts  that can withstand logical counter objections. And the group carried out  "activities" in the military citadel , in the house int 6, e  in the space of half an hour in which a  magistrate  living with the woman  had gone to pick up her son who had come out of tennis lesson!!! .

5.  The complaining magistrate was already told a few days after the complaint, drop the story, and the procedural events  are now consolidated  in the file which "  resulted in a rapid dismissal  " see disciplinary provision cited. .

6.  Among the female members, also the authoritative lady  ESCORTED  outside the building who already on 13 December 2008, in the house where I lived until 20 days before, stated with a confident, calm and professional voice and with a far-reaching sentence, turning to Sabrina, and addressing her as "Don't worry, ma'am,  everything is fine  ".

7.  From then on, a shocking meeting with the psychiatrist who, by artificially deconstructing data and facts, literally supported the woman, who denied it, heard by the CC, but inside was instead "as she described in the text message dated 12/13/2008. and threatened and pressured, as she said to me, then in November 2008.

8.  The  psychiatrist ,  psychologist  and  hypnotherapist  led the assistant psychologist to change or not support another opinion. And Sabrina already wrote on 8/1/2009 to go and  protect my person.” Then the psychiatrist "related "  by the psychologist and certainly  also by others, managed the relationship with my two brothers and finally with my son Fabrizio and my daughter Federica, finally, once it was done, with my father. The trusted lawyer accompanied me to collect the camper on Christmas Day and disappeared until May 2009 when he found out about the audio extracts and the woman's text messages and emails.

9.  The undersigned was never heard from, but kept the Prosecutor updated on everything with a naive and zealous loyalty. Finally, before the theft of the left front mirror and graffiti on the dust on the camper, then the gift of the burnt deckchair and the cigar he "invented", he expressed the need to make the Perugia Prosecutor's Office aware of the possible reference data  .

10.  I have undergone, one day after the above-mentioned manifestation of mere intention, a coercive  TSO blitz proposal which is patently illegitimate and illegal (noting however the induction of the certifying psychiatrist into sensational ideological falsehood, if the proof of direct bad faith or, in hypothesis mediated by the misduction of even the "relatives" involved) The psychiatrist Cancrini Luigi stated in June 2009 or at the end of May 2009, speaking with my parent "ALT Mr. Ferraro, the responsibility is mine" . 

11.  Everything suggests that the instrument had already been set up since January 2009, and that everything stopped, even after the first sound report was filed by me... (MAIL cited dated 8/1/2009 and SMS also indicated ). .

On the basis of which assessments, preparation and active or otherwise role of those who acted even in the shadows to cover which interests or which broader scenario, I hope will emerge exhaustively but even if it does not emerge with conclusive evidence,  I have fulfilled the my duties as a citizen and magistrate once again.  And I realize how complex and difficult such an investigation is.

12. In 2009 I had a meeting with the psychiatrist Ferracuti, whose "report" will be acquired in the file documents and then diagnosed with reactive psychosis (S,AI: without other indications) absolutely incongruent  with  the data acquired and acquirable, with the checks feasible, with my life and behavioral characteristics between January and May 2009 in particular. , with an incredible role of "some" relatives, that is, "  brothers  " who I hadn't seen for years with one exception for the sister. and of a child from a first marriage seen three times in the previous seven months, in constant healthy social relationships and work activities,  with excellent relationships with all colleagues  , and with the one who  followed me step by step  " humanely "). . 

13.  After a  "therapy"  and an experience that would have  annihilated anyone , and whose effects of personal dejection were noticed by all the many who knew and loved me, but working in the office on the day of discharge, as on the day before the hospitalisation, I have already undergone the initiation (formally necessary and certainly legitimate on the level of the CSM, unaware of the underlying facts) of a multi-tranche dispensation procedure, and I have been kept under "control" until December 2010, by a hospital facility , with the methods I have indicated above,

14. New elements and contours of this story   then emerged  , possible roles, behaviors, even illicit facts and finally validly " hypothezable" scenarios, also with "cultural" foundations, which in addition to providing " retroactive  " evidence,  cannot fail to  "arouse curiosity" ,further.
